'Karl Zeidler (1923-1962). Constitutional and Administrative Law in the Early Federal Republic of Germany': Karl Zeidler (1923-1962), a scholar of constitutional and administrative law who died at an early age, devoted his work to a large number of issues that are still under discussion today, such as the binding to fundamental rights or the mechanisation of the administration. His writings also deal with numerous topics that were of concern to the leading experts in constitutional and administrative law in the 1950s and early 1960s. Paul Hüther studierte Rechtswissenschaft an der Universität Heidelberg. Seit 2020 ist er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Institut für deutsches und europäisches Verwaltungsrecht ebendort tätig und seit 2022 Rechtsreferendar am Landgericht Heidelberg. André Lepej studierte Rechtswissenschaft an der Universität Heidelberg. Seit 2022 ist er Rechtsreferendar im Bezirk des Oberlandesgerichts Karlsruhe.
